About this house rental
Look no further - you've found paradise in East Scottsdale in the beautiful community of Fountain Hills. This luxurious, contemporary, Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home has incredible panoramic views from every room. Enjoy the warm Arizona sun and desert beauty.
Private resort style pool*, hot tub, gym, 180 degree views. Over 6,000 Sq. Ft. home with expansive open floor plan.
We are pleased to share our home when we are away. It is our hideaway from the hectic day to day. I am available via text or call.
Quiet neighborhood away from it all yet, close to everything.
Close to Phoenix Open- TPC Waste Management WM Open, Barrett- Jackson, golf, hiking, water sports, spelunking, shopping, eating, arts and crafts, horseback riding, paddle boat rides, OHV, off road trails
Large open plan for great family time with lots of nooks and crannies to hide and get away for quiet time.
Lots of parking outside including space for a car in the garage. Home is central to most restaurants Fountain Hills has to offer. Scottsdale main town is about a 20 minute drive but very easy to get to.
**POOL: Please note pool can be heated for extra fee. It is propane heater that takes 1 full day so we need to schedule for your entire time prior to arrival. Price- I usually quote a price per day but with fuel prices moving all over I will confirm when booking to get you lowest rate. Let's talk. Thanks.

Phenomenal house. We'll equipped. Great hosts. Spectacular views. Hot tub was awesome. We had 3 couples and there was plenty of privacy with 3 separate living spaces. Would highly recommend this property and would love to make a return visit.

This home is even more gorgeous in person than the pictures can show. It is very modern, clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool. The location was also amazing, Fountain Hills is a great area with incredible views and things to do, close to everything. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with and made everything easy. Would love to go back!
