About this apartment rental

Proudly unveiling a COMPLETE REMODEL on this 10th-floor masterpiece, from floor to ceiling – be one of the first guests to return to this beautiful unit since reopening after Hurricane Ian!

This mid-island condominium has a great view of the Bay and Gulf of Mexico. This unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and King beds in the second bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
The property has a clubhouse, pool and spa, tennis, and a boat/fishing dock. Close to Publix Grocery Store, local shops and dining. The beach is just a short walk away!

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Ocean Harbor (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. *

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months. The minimum age to rent is 25.

There is a $100 registration fee for guest party to be registered with the Ocean Harbor association, this fee is included at time of booking, and is non-refundable. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
