A true sanctuary for those looking to relax and recharge with streaming ROKU TV and high-speed free wifi. Note that the shower is located in the bottom floor and it has a point of use demand hot water system (restricted space) that takes time to recover. Our comfort station with showers is just down the trail about 1/4 mile and is available to guests as well.

My family and I had a good experience staying at this property. The onsite property manager is helpful and friendly. The location is 25 minutes from Possum Kingdom Lake and 20 minutes from Rocker B. We would stay here again.

Just what we were looking for. Private, secluded, beautiful, and fun. The kids spent most of the day fishing. Definitely recommend and will book again.

We had a great weekend staying in "The Roost". It's so pretty and quiet. We were greeted by deer each morning and enjoyed the fire pit and sunset in the evenings. And Jim made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was gorgeous! And the host Jim was fantastic. He gave us a tour of the property and told us all about it. They definitely went above and beyond when planning this place out!
