About this house rental
Three bedroom, two full bath, roomy home that includes golf cart. WIFI, all linens, private beach access for Venture Out guest- community spans from gulf beach to grand lagoon. Spacious Front porch sitting area great for outdoor dining. The Beach is a 3 minute walk or short ride on the golf cart. Two pools, playground and so much more ***Resort registration fees: $75 per car. Only two cars are permitted***
There are some portable beach chairs available at the home or you can rent chairs/umbrellas using the service on the beach. Note for those with mobility issues there are two steps in the home. Must be 25 years old to rent.
Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and St. Andrews State Park and fishing pier.

Our host Donna was wonderful! She was prompt in all communications! The home was very nice and all we needed was there! The golf cart is the way to go! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had everything we needed. I appreciated not having to bring linens or towels. The home came with 2 golf carts AND bikes that the kids were able to ride and enjoy. The location of the whole property was perfect. Being next to the state park meant that traffic was minimal. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but still very much close enough for anything you need. We came down with several other families and we all took full advantage of both pools, the beach access and the dock. My kids also really had fun at the karaoke night. Not to mention the playground and the mini golf. The host was also very responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

Its an oid place that has been redone most everything was ok but the golf cart is crap and its not elderly friendly i did not realize it had that step up and a step down and new shower heads are needed
