15th St VRBO - 4bd, 2ba only 1mi to Downtown

We had a great time! We had a large group and this house was able to accommodate well! The backyard was very spacious with a hot tub, corn hole, and more. We had issues with the wifi half of our stay- but it was quickly resolved. Only suggestion I would offer, would be to add more lighting in the backyard. The hot tub had no lights and was pitch black- so unfortunately we did not utilize that experience. Other than that- great experience.

We went to Coeur d’Alene to celebrate my parents’ 50 year anniversary. We had an amazing time, we enjoyed the property and we enjoyed the city. Kevin was a great host and responded quickly and was helpful with questions. When we come back to CDA, this will be the first place I will look at renting again. Thanks Kevin!

Location of the property was excellent and house good size. Loved the amanitas well.

Kevin’s place was very nice and clean, fully stocked with everything you might need and complete with a large backyard that is great for families. It has a convenient location, close to many amenities and only a 25 minute drive to Silverwood Theme Park. The only downside was that it is located on a main road, but overall it was still a great stay!

This home was perfect for our large family. The host was a great communicator, even letting us check in early last minute. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location close to the lake and larger grocery stores. Highly recommend this home.

We had a great time here. It was spacious enough for all of us and very clean. I didn't see 1 speck of dust in the whole house. If we travel to this area again, we will definitely book this one.

Good location to stay near the lake and be close to Silverwood too. We don’t travel light so for 9 of us from 8-63 years old it was a good fit. Loved the games and outside space with hot tub. Thanks Kevin for sharing:)

Space was exactly as described. Outdoor area and hotub were great amenities. Great location. Would stay again.

This was great house for our family of four. Definitely enough room for more people. It was equipped with anything you could need for a stay away from home. We enjoyed the outdoor part of property as well. We took advantage of the fire pit, grill, hot tub and cornhole. Property was close to dowtown and easy access to the freeway to get to Silverwood. We would definitely stay there again.

No surprises! Sweet place located close to everything! We had a great time at the house and st Silverwood! Host is easily accessible and quick to respond. Patio and covered porch were perfect for us! Rooms were comfortable and absolutely enough room for us all.(10). Would definitely come back!

Animals not allowed, but hair all over bedding,I am allergic to animals and had to was sheets before I could sleep on them.The kitchen faucet leaked when you used it , cupboards gross and dirty. Washing machine leaked on the floor when you washed anything. You need to get a better cleaning service, look under the couch, must sweep all the dirt under it. Our family made the best of it, lots of nice amenities also.

We loved the house and felt it was clean when we first got there. The house has some septic issues though. The septic backed up the second night we were there. The plumber said it was due to tree roots in the septic lines. We initially got ahold of Kevin and asked him how to proceed and he said he would have a plumber come out the next morning (should have been an emergency call that night). The next day I had to message Kevin twice to try to figure out when the issue would be fixed. The plumber did not show up until later in the afternoon. We had to wait around for the plumber to let him in the house (wasted a day of our vacation and it should not have been our responsibility to wait around for the plumber.) We had to find other facilities to shower and use the bathroom for almost 24 hours. After the septic lines were cleared and we had use of the facilities again we had to message Kevin and ask him when the property was going to be cleaned properly due to the standing septic water on the floors. He then told us if we wanted to clean it the cleaning supplies were in the closet. It was not our job and we didn’t want to clean up other peoples waste. He then sent his everyday cleaner, who was upset she was even asked to clean up the mess as she did not feel qualified. We then didn’t have towels or a basement shower curtain (cleaners threw them away) that we had to remind kevin to replace and he didn’t get around to it until the next day at 1 in the afternoon. We understand that life happens and we were not upset about the septic issues at first but we felt that there was poor management and that the issues were not handled properly or in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional but the lack of urgency and lack of management was not acceptable. We requested a refund for at least the nights that we didn’t have use of the facilities. He would not refund us but did tell us he would give us half off our next stay (which we will not be utilizing).

This house fit our needs PERFECTLY. It was very welcoming. Had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable. The basement area was a great place to hangout and the backyard with the fire pit was great also! The bedrooms were perfectly sized and it truely felt like a home away from home.

I had my wife and 9 year old son, along w 2 friends staying at the home. It was a perfect size for us with a living room both up and downstairs. We took advantage of the nice patio set up.

It is roomy. Easy to get to. Could use a good dee, spring cleaning. But over all nice place. Thank you!

The house was clean and nicely decorated. The addition of wireless charging and amazon echo devices were nice upgrades. Highly recommended.

The house was in a great location! We were close to downtown and the lake, the highways, stores and restaurants. The house was cozy and divided into the main living and a finished basement which worked out really well for our teenage boys. They were able to have their own space which included 2 bedrooms, their own bathroom, the football table, games and a giant TV. The house was comfortably stocked with linens and kitchen necessities. Kevin was readily available for any questions we had. The only thing I change is the furniture upstairs. Both my husband and I have bad backs and the furniture was really not very comfortable and there’s not much seating space. We would stay here again. Thanks, Kevin!

The property had all the essentials. Easy access to what we needed (food!). Enough space for us to stretch out. Kitchen well equipped. Little noisy because we had the windows open without AC. But for the most part it didn’t disturb anyone including baby.

This was mostly comfortable for our family. The living room needed more comfortable furniture-we couldn’t all sit to watch a movie upstairs or downstairs. Otherwise it was good.

We all loved this house. It was very easy to get to off the highway, having the store across the street made getting cravings a breeze. We were able to sleep all 8 of us very comfortably and able to fit all 8 motorcycles in the driveway! The outdoor patio made evening hangouts amazing and comfortable. Property manager was easy to get a hold of when the smart lock was too smart for us. We will definitely book this again if we are in Coeur d'Alene.

We stayed with another family and used this house to stay while we went to Silverwood. There were 5 kids between the two families that enjoyed the basement area, yard, and 2 nearby stores for snacks and treats. The adults were able to spend time together both in and out of the house. We appreciated the fans as there is no air conditioning.

The house had plenty of room for everyone but was a bit hot without any air conditioning. Odd smell in the kitchen but we didn’t use it and were hardly home so it didn’t end up being too bad. Some if not most of the bathroom drains didn’t drain well, but other than these minor things it was a lovely stay

We had two families that stayed here. It was great having the upstairs and downstairs to separate us.

This cute house was big enough to fit our family of 9. I like how we were close to everything we needed, and having a convenience store across the street was wonderful. I just wish it wasn't on such a busy street. Parking was a challenge and there was a ton of traffic noise at night. The 2 basement rooms were definatly quieter because they were so sheltered from the noise. But the basement had lots of ants, roly-poly's and earwigs. Having the outside space was the best place for meals. It was relaxing and covered. But could be sprayed for ants and yellow jackets. We loved having a fire pit, but wish it had a BBQ and a hand rail on the stairs. Overall it was a great place to stay. Thank you.
