Italia was a great host! She contacted me to coordinate details of arrival and waited for me in person to give me the keys, all of these made the arrival experience very easy. There is parking available at the property, which is a big plus. There was coffee and some other breakfast items available in the house, which was appreciated.
It can be tough to rely on public transportation, this is not the property's fault though. We wanted to go to downtown by bus two days in a row, and both times the buses didn't show up after waiting for over 45 minutes. We ended up taking a taxi both times, which was almost $30 one way to the city. Again, not the property's fault, but something to keep in mind if you are planning to go downtown during your stay.
