. A perfect 10/10 experience across the board. What I liked: "Everything was perfectly executed. The staff provided outstanding service, the room was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The check-in process was seamless, and they really went out of their way to ensure a premium experience for their guests." What I didn't like: "Absolutely nothing. Everything was flawless."

Sofa bed is comfortable

The location and that it was on the ground floor.

The bathroom is very tight / small. The bathroom door doesn't work well. The fridge is too small for an extended stay. There are no ice-cube tray(s) The unit needs a fan. It gets extremely hot, but opening the door compromises privacy because that's where the bedroom is... lol

The facilities, location and cleanliness were up to scratch. Getting the keys was also easy which made my stay very convenient. The facility also had a bar and a restaurant which enhanced my experience.

The heating system for the room was only a gas heater whose gas had unfortunately run out. Upon request for a filled cylinder, I was told that I would have to fill it myself but also cautioned that given my short stay it would not make financial sense. The host could not make provision for an alternative such as an electric heater and this was during winter. To improve, the host should provide an alternative heating system such as an electric heater for short-term stays
