Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkinder dort. Es war schnell kindersicher, sauber und wir fühlten uns schnell wohl Wir werden wohl noch öfters dort hin gehen

Es hätte kurz vor Ankunft eine Mail kommen sollen mit einem Code für den Schlüssel, dies hat leider nicht geklappt aber es war alles gut beschrieben und nach einem kurzen Telefonat konnten wir unser Zimmer begehen.

comunicazione con l'host e l'accesso alla casa è difficoltoso. non è spiegato da nessuna parte dove si ritira la card per accedere alla casa, basterebbe fare delle foto nella mail standard di comunicazione all'host in modo da spiegare passo passo cosa fare. l'host parla solo tedesco, quindi a maggior ragione, meglio fornire le spiegazioni più semplici e dettagliate possibili. anche per il check out, le informazioni erano solo nel foglio dentro l'appartamento, nessuna mail automatica dal gestore. una bustina di the e una bottiglia d'acqua per gli ospiti sarebbe gradita (costo irrisorio); altri host lo fanno.

It was well equipped.

It was really unsafe. A man entered our students room and pushed him against the wall complaining that the student was noisy. Then he took our students head and pushed it on the Wal, our student cried of ache and terror. Nobody was there to help us. I don't recommend these apartments. P. S. Our student is 14 years old and participated in an Erasmus project in Germany.
