Estuvimos muy a gusto con nuestro perro. Juan es una anfitrión muy cercano. Te encuentras como en casa con el resto de los huéspedes, que por lo visto suelen alojarse en el hotel.

Hotel sencillo pero limpio y muy cómodo. El trato con el propietario, Juan, excelente . Muy cercano y atento .

Juan es encantador, nos recomendó un montón de rutas para hacer por la zona. El hotel está a 10 minutos andando del centro y es un paseo muy cómodo y agradable. Ezcaray es un pueblo con mucha vida tanto diurna como nocturna.
Solamente destacar que para ir a este hotel te tienen que gustar MUCHO los animales. Bako es un perro muy bueno pero es muy grande y de primeras puede asustar si no te gustan las mascotas. Además, hay gatos por la recepción y por el comedor. Por tanto, los alérgicos no pueden alojarse aquí porque hay pelos por todos lados.
