They charged a €50 upfront Cleaning fee on top of what we paid for the room which was not stated when we booked and when we questioned this no one replied to our emails We contacted Booking.com and they said there was already €75 component for Cleaning so we feel ripped off

The location to Marina Grande is fantastic. The apartment was fantastic for our family of 4 with everything we needed. The small local deli/cafe below was great for an afternoon drink & morning coffee. The staff were so friendly & kind.

Clean and sooo comfortable. Great location. Only thing missing for me was no sea view. Excellent in every way.
Only negative was there were no glass/ceramic mugs, only plastic. Couldn’t make morning coffee.

La ubicación es buena y cómoda. El aire acondicionado es súper silencioso.
Toallas sucias, olor a coladera por las noches. Baño sucio Platos sucios en la cocina. Una bolsa de basura con basura escondida en un mueble de la cocina. No había esponjas para lavar trastes, fuimos a comprar.
