Waou Opera I - Alquiler Corta Duración

The apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has a cute kitchen, dining area and bedroom. There is ample storage for clothing, toiletries and accessories, which was very nice. The location couldn't be better. It is right next to Plaza Mayor and Marcado de San Miguel, two must-sees. It is walking distance to amazing shopping, eats, drinks and the sights along the Gran Via, the Palace and more! We loved the location! The managers were friendly.

Note to managers: It would have been nice to have four pillows for the bed instead of just two. The bathroom could use a hand towel hook.

The location - very central (close to the Plaza Mayor) but the apartment was very quiet. It has a modern bathroom, a small but separate kitchen area and a comfortable lounge/dining area. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage and hanging space for our clothes. Communication with our host was excellent.

It took me/us a while to work out the correct way to unlock and lock for the apartment door, but our queries were answered very quickly by our host.

Lovely 1bd apartment in a fantastic location. It was comfortable and very quiet. The shower had strong water pressure. The digital entry system worked well.

The bathroom had a slight sewer smell, not unusual in Madrid. It did not take away from a great stay.

The location and property was cozy.

I was surprised by the attitude of the hosts, how much you can be ignorante and not care about your guests. I was very disappointed that they promised to bring additional set of bed clothes, but never did. We were cold using one blanket and they refused our request.
