A modern, tastefully furnished apartment located in a newly built building, 20 m from a beautiful low cliff, 70 meters from a small sandy beach with shallow waters featuring a mix of sand and rocks, 300 meters from a long sandy beach with fully equipped facilities, a five-minute walk from the fishing village and Tonnara of Marzamemi, a few kilometers from the Vendicari Nature Reserve, 17 km from Noto, the capital of Baroque architecture, 50 km from Syracuse, and 7 km from Capo Passero. Ideal for those seeking both relaxation with swimming in the sea and evenings in unforgettable settings.
The house features a spacious furnished veranda equipped with a kitchen, offering a splendid sea view of an area of great archaeological interest: a vast and spectacular rocky outcrop submerged under 40–50 cm of water, geometrically carved almost to form small natural pools: these are the oldest Greek latomies in the Syracuse area.
The living area is spacious and bright thanks to the large French doors, which open onto the terrace with a stunning sea view. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms include one with a double bed and one with two single beds, which can be arranged to form a double bed.
We recommend that all our guests rent a car. There is no reserved parking. When the restricted traffic zone is in effect in Marzamemi, you can park in paid parking lots very close to the house. Otherwise, you can park for free on the street. You can also purchase a parking pass at a reasonable price.
Local regulations require payment of a tourist tax of €1.50 per day, applicable only for the first five days of your stay. Children under 12 and adults aged 75 and older are exempt from this tax.
An initial set of bed and bath linens (sheets and three towels) is provided for each guest. If additional linens are requested, a fee of €10.00 per set will be charged.
Electricity consumption is included in the cost of the stay up to 100 kW/h; consumption beyond this threshold, as measured by the electricity meter, will be charged at €0.30 per kW/h.
