The location was great, the host was good, and the food was good but pricey.
The blanket wasn't warm enough for the climate, the door lock was faulty, and you had to ask for a bucket of hot water if you wanted some.

Staff is excellent. Entire staff members were very cooperative and they are very genuine. All my negative comments are not for this specific property but for limitations of the location. Chopta has no electricity (they use solar). This is the reason they do not have heaters in the room even though temperature goes to 1-2 degree. I was not able to manage the cold, after some discussions with the staff, they provided electric blanket. This was nice gesture.
Nothing as such. Reaching till the property from actual road is bit difficult.
