Lazy Lagoon is a single story pool home located 2 blocks from the sparkling clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Bring the boat! The home is on a canal and provides a 55' boat dock.

Step into beach and island calm and the living, kitchen, and dining space. Find a seat on the comfy couch in the living room and enjoy a nap, book, or movie on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. If you need a workspace, there is a nearby desk and chair where you can set up a laptop to keep in touch with friends and family. A few steps away from the living area is the kitchen. The cozy space features plenty of cupboards and drawers full of everything you'll need to prepare and serve a home-cooked meal. A door in the kitchen makes for easy access to the outside space. Enjoy the meal in the dining area with a table for eight and additional seating kitchen counter seating.

At the end of a long day of island adventure, retreat to a private bedroom. The master suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom features a king bed and bedroom four includes a set of two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. . Each bedroom includes crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The private heated pool highlights the backyard. Relax in a pool lounger and enjoy the island breezes of paradise. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand from your suit before entering the pool. Enjoy a meal from the provided grill at the outdoor dining set for six. Just a few steps away is the private dock. Sit out and watch the world go by. You may also bring your own boat and use the 55' dock.

Lazy Lagoon is easy walking distance to Gulf Ave, restaurants, and the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
