Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.
Other Items:
Listing does include Washer & Dryer.
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and spa towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Hot Tub is professional maintained and cleaned twice weekly. We recommend showering prior to usage. A $150 fee is applied for cleanings that require the hot tub to drained and refilled.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and use of Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of a hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person with health risks, or if a person swims/uses the hot tub, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming and use of Spa. All guests occupying the property acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between all booking platforms including VRBO, SedonaVacationVIlla.com and all other Guests..
The Hillside Villa offers free wifi and wireless Internet. Our property is also a Low-allergen environment. The Hillside Villa is the ideal property for traveling families, multi-generations families and traveling couples.
This is a non smoking/vaping property (no exceptions)
No pets
No loud music or parties allowed at the property.
Only registered guests allowed on the property (6 max no exceptions)
2 vehicle maximum (more than 2 vehicles must be approved in advance by owner)
***For multiple week stays a $250 per week mid-stay cleaning and restocking fee is required and added to the reservation as an additional payment prompt***

We visited Sedona during the first week of August and could not have picked a better rental or location. The house is exactly as described and consistent with all the other 5 star reviews. Clean, well furnished, beautiful views and located within walking distance of Uptown Sedona. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Sedona.

We loved this home and really enjoyed have three bedrooms with their own full bathrooms in each room. Beautiful views from any room in the house. We would stay here again.

This property was amazing! Every room had a great view and each bedroom was luxurious. Location was excellent: walking distance to a trailhead and close to restaurants and shops. Communication with property manager was great. We enjoyed our stay there and will be back! PS: The shower water pressure was amazing!!!
