The place was terrific. The bedrooms and living rooms were big and comfy. The place was very quiet and we all enjoyed staying there.
There were a couple of issues with the layout. They are relatively minor as the place was very comfy. One was the ensuite in the bedroom was very small and the hand basin a bit tight to use. Secondly, the fridge was on the other side of the bench in the kitchen. This made it a awkward to get to, having to walk around the bench, then between the table and the bench, especially if someone was sitting at the table.
But these are minor issues as we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, big, fully equipped & close to the lake.
The dining chairs were old with padding worn down making it uncomfortable to sit on.

Very clean. Beds were very comfortable and lovely pillows.
View from balcony was lovely. Very quiet. Bush views.
It was great to have kitchen essentials available - tea and coffee, olive oil, pepper and salt and milk in the fridge.
Gas log fire was a great addition to the cottage.
