This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds, and a hall bath. There are TVs in every bedroom.
Guests have access to the entire private home including the attached two car garage that fits two small to midsize vehicles. There is one additional surface space for larger vehicles.
Dogs under 50lbs allowed. • Pet Fee $75 per pet per night - Limit 2 pets. Additional Pet fees collected after booking.
Located in a desirable area in Melrose/8south minutes from 12south, Gulch, and Downtown. We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

I would rate this place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, close to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, close to restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful place. We couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Very clean accommodations with ample space for a larger group. Location was perfect for our activities with easy access to the highway. Some people have complained about the train whistles but we hardly noticed them.

The home is beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The location was good in relation to downtown and nearby attractions, but I had two significant complaints. First was that the owner didn’t respond to emails (granted I was going through email at first rather than directly through the VRBO app, but I was replying to an email I received from the owner asking if I had any questions, so it seemed reasonable to expect a timely reply. Ultimately I got through by calling the number provided via VRBO). Second was the fact that a train came by every hour or so and kept waking me up at night. I know the owner has no control over the train, but it just made for a very frustrating experience when I wasn’t expecting it. If you’re a heavy sleeper you may be just fine! The upstairs balcony was cool but the view is now completely instructed by other buildings, so the view advertised in the pictures at the time of my booking was not at all what I experienced.
