One of these rooms offers an on suite bath with a shower and the other has a stunning claw foot tub / shower ensemble bathroom located down the hall from that guest room. The main home offers central air conditioning, 5 gas fire places through-out (even in the kitchen), and a screened-in sun porch; all luxuriously furnished with high quality furnishings that offer every amenity, comfort and charm!
The Pearl also features a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom carriage house that is separated from the main home by a charming court yard that can be shared if you so desire. With the doors ability to open to the two courtyards, it all suddenly becomes one amazing space. The first floor features a pool table and an oversized bar. It is an amazing place to gather, entertain and celebrate. Up above is where you will find two bedrooms, each offering one queen bed in each room, kitchen area and living room that also features an upscale queen sleeper.
This property can accommodate 6 people in the main home and 4 (at most) in the Carriage house.
You do not need a car to enjoy this beautiful town nor will you have to deal with parking during peak season. The Pearl is close to everything. Churches, restaurants, shops, galleries, beaches, centrally located near the hub of town, hotels, dining, and so much more is truly at your fingertips. The Pearl also provides complete access to full time concierge to all guests as an added option should you so desire.
A $5,000 security deposit is required on this property. Will be refunded within 2-weeks of check-out, pending compliance to pre-rental condition.
