About this house rental
Only 9 houses on a dead end road! Enjoy lake life and Lake of the Ozarks views on the 45mm in Gravois Mills at this lakefront home with a private dock. Perfect spot for a family vacation, couples getaway, fishing trip, or a vacation with friends. Wake up in one of the upstairs bedrooms with queen size beds and sliding glass doors overlooking the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee with lake views on the upstairs deck with access from the bedrooms or on the patio downstairs. Relax on the patio furniture. Plenty of outdoor fun for your group. The private dock has a swimming ladder, fish cleaning station, and fishing rod holders. Great spot for catching crappie and catfish. The dock also has a fish cleaning station with running water. Enjoy floating in the water or swimming. The house is on a quiet dead end street with multiple parking spots in front of the home and on our second tier lot. High speed internet access is included and there are 2 smart tvs. Upstairs bedrooms both have queen size beds. The downstairs bedroom has a set of full size bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms. Enjoy grilling outside or cooking inside in the lake view kitchen fully stocked with dishes, utensils, bakeware, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, microwave, etc. Enjoy all the comforts of home for your use during your stay including a washer and dryer, bedding, and towels. For safety we do have cameras outside the home and by the dock.
All paved roads to get to the house. Only 5 miles to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants in Laurie. Enjoy going out to eat breakfast at Val's, get a coffee at Omega Coffee Company, grab a burger and some ice cream at Taboo, have a drink and a meal at Chances R. There are two bait shops nearby if you plan on doing some fishing. There is also a movie theater and bowling alley in town. The new racetrack is opein Gravois Mills only about 15 minutes from the house. By water you are close to Captain Ron's where you can enjoy food and drinks, sit on their beach, listen to live music, or watch the Shootout boat races every year. Boondockz is right across the main channel in a cove and has a gas for your boat, live entertainment, video games, pool tables, food, and drinks. Bear Bottom is a short ride away with a swim up bar and waterslides. There are boat and wave runner rentals on the lake. Coconuts is a few miles away with it's family friendly waterslides and adults only pools with entertainment. Frankie & Louies is also a few miles away on land and has a beach area, sand volleyball, and live entertainment some days. Let us know you are a first responder for additional discounts. If you plan on using a lift or tying up a boat or jet ski to the dock that will need to be discussed when making reservations.

We enjoyed the beautiful view from the back patio overlooking the lake. My son and I caught quite a few channel and blue cats off the dock, Jacob's cave is a must see for the adventurous family. The property was clean, well stocked and the host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. 10/10 experience, we will definitely make this trip again
