Just recently updated website and pictures! Beautifully updated since Hurricane Ian. One bedroom studio condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This 10th floor has prime Gulf/sunset views (225 degree panoramic gulf view)
Fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinet, granite countertops, and high end stainless appliances.
Soft beautiful sofa that can also be used as sleeping space. All sections of sofa open and is equipped with extra blankets, pillows, and sheets.
Granite in bathroom, frameless shower doors.
Massage Chair...relax those muscles after tiring day at the beach :)

Partition can be used to separate bedroom
Across the street is Santini Market, CVS couple blocks away. It's just a trolley trip to the North End for all the entertainment. But plenty to do right there near the condo. There is a marina right across the street! Publix is 2 mile drive, they also offer DELIVERY SERVICE!!!
* Beach Front : This unit is Prime Gulf Front, and there is only 1 unit on each floor allowing you to see a wide open ocean view.
* Heated swimming pool and Pickle Ball/Tennis courts
* Wireless Internet access
* 7 miles long of white sandy beach
* Beautiful natural lagoon and bird sanctuary, binoculars are provided
* Restaurants, shopping, boating, golfing within walking distance.
* Wireless High Speed Internet in the unit (secure private line) or Public Wi-Fi at main lobby floor
* King size bed
* The new large LCD TV , Comcast Cable TV, second TV in bedroom
* Coffee Bar
* Corner desk area for those "work days" (but hopefully all vaca and no work!)

The building is furnished with an elevator and secured lobby entry door. A NO SMOKING, NO PET policy has been implemented for the health and comfort of all our guests.

The location and condo were great. The host is quick to respond with any questions and the unit is well stocked with things you might need. Our view from the balcony was terrific where we enjoyed breakfast watching dolphins swim most mornings. The pool is a few feet from the entry and was also clean. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

We have been to FMB many times. Marlene's condo was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be going back. Communication with Marlene was quick and easy. The condo was clean, the view was amazing and she literally thought of everything! She had a wagon to load up the beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, shelling bag , can koozies etc. We bought our food at Publix and never left the condo for meals because it was so comfortable and easy. We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio and of course the amazing sunsets. Her decorating was updated, beachy and fun. 10/10 would recommend!!

Marlene is such a great host and her condo was perfect for me and my two teen boys! If you are a beach lover, it is stocked with everything you may need…I’ve never stayed at a condo so well prepared. The view is breathtaking, the beach is perfection with unlimited hours of great fishing, the property was clean, condo cozy and comfortable, and communication from Marlene top notch! So happy FMB is coming back stronger than ever! I’d recommend this condo 100 times over.:)

Love EBTC! Condo was cozy, clean. View is fantastic. Everything you need for the Beach was provided. Convenient to great restaurants. Pool was inviting, lovely “neighbors”. Host was kind & professional.I’d go back!
