The house filled all of our needs: four bedrooms, kitchen to cook breakfast and gather/talk and close proximity to the Capitol Hill golf complex. It was clean and comfortable!I had a several questions for the host along the way and she was quick and helpful with her responses which I greatly appreciated.The four of us talked briefly about feedback for the host/facility. This is meant as constructive and not nit-picky:1) It would've helped us to have a guestbook of sorts with instructions on how to run the various appliances in the house, restaurant recommendations for both Prattville and Montgomery, and perhaps recommendations of a few nearby activities to consider.2) We only found three wine glasses so perhaps add a few more or a new set?3) Trash bins for each bedroomThanks, Gordon

Everything was just as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw how clean it was. I felt safe in the neighborhood and really enjoyed my stay.

We used this location for a five day golf trip on the RTJ Golf Trail at Capitol Hill. The home was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed for our stay was included. Wendy was very timely with her communication to us about arrival and departure. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We were less than 15 minutes to both the golf course and numerous restaurants in the Prattville area. If we return for another golf get a way we would definitely stay here!

Very “No frill” conditions. Had to buy trash bags as they had only 2 Dropping Internet was problem. Either bad tv or router. Poor grill so did not use.
