Enjoyed our time here (celebrity's former estate). The concierge group was extremely helpful with dinner reservations, chef, and tennis instructor. The home itself is a little dated (early 2000's), but still really cool experience. Also great location. The cell service is very spotty which made Uber and food delivery a bit tricky. Overall 5 stars.

Beautiful home, wonderful communication. Furniture displayed in photos is far different than what is actually in the home. Much of the furniture is just missing. Bee issue outside and home could have been more clean for price. Overall had a nice time. The tennis court is outstanding!

The Anzio house was nice and large enough for our family gathering of 15 persons. The patio and tennis court were very beautiful. However, the house has some items that should be fixed, such as:there is a window in the shower of a bedroom on the left side of the house. The wood trim of this window is severely rotted and very disgusting. It’s clear that this window should have been replaced years ago.The two small bedrooms near the laundry room have double beds though these bedrooms were advertised as having queen beds.The window of the small bedroom nearest the laundry room has aluminum foil taped over the entire window. This prevented the window from being opened for airflow and may have even been a safety issue. The issue needs to be solved so this window can be a functional window.In the middle bedroom above the spiral staircase, the glass bathroom door had no covering. We taped paper grocery bags over this door to provide privacy for the couple in that room. In the bedroom nearest to the master bedroom, the shower leaks heavily and makes sufficient noise to disturb sleep.The kitchen needs to have more food prep appliances such as a food processor, better blender, more mixing bowls, juicer, kitchen towels, electric mixer.The kitchen faucet needs to be tighten to the countertop.The electric tea kettle leaks.A window in the TV room lacks a curtain which tended to wash out the projection TV.There needs to be documentation explaining which thermostats control which r
