SATURDAY-SATURDAY RENTAL ONLY DURING SUMMER MONTHS.
This comfortable home, located directly across from the beach access on the North End of Pawleys Island, offers beautiful views of both the ocean and the creek. With screened-in and covered porches, it is the perfect spot to enjoy hot summer days or cool fall evenings while soaking in the relaxing atmosphere that Pawleys Island is known for. Ideal for families, this spacious house invites guests to create lasting memories in a welcoming and peaceful setting.
The main floor features a full kitchen with an open floor plan that connects the dining and living areas, along with a master bedroom that includes a queen bed and an adjoining private bath. Upstairs, the second floor offers four additional bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a secondary den area equipped with a television.
Bedding accommodations:
Main floor with kitchen and living room
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen
Second floor
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Bedroom 3: 1 King
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen
Bedroom 5: 1 Double with 1 bunk bed (Twin over Twin)
Additional amenities: Central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, cable TV, WiFi, a standard coffee pot and Keurig, and a hot/cold outdoor shower. Conveniently, beach access is just steps away, directly across the street from the house.
This property has both a traditional drip coffee pot and a Keurig.

My five friends and I (The Erskine Girls) have been renting the Altman house since 1975. We did have a couple of years off after Hugo when the house was being rebuilt. Since Tidelife has taken over, we have really enjoyed some perks like having sheets and towels provided . Everyone at Tidelife if friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Six adults,, all over seventy, reuned at Altman House, and found the logistics there wonderful. Great floor plan, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, easy access. Furnishings accommodated a crowd and decorations were warm and inviting.
