Situated 2 short blocks to Banff Avenue this mountain home is both rustic and modern.Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over Mount Rundle while you are grilling out on your deck .All of the beds have tempurpedic mattresses with quality linens. The bathrooms are stocked with rocky mountain soaps and fluffy cotton towels.The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee,tea, sugar,oil & vinegar,salt & pepper,spices and condiments.The outdoor grill is a weber.Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace and 3 flatscreen TV'S with a generous HDTV cable package that includes free wifi & high speed wireless internet .The entire place is for your use along with a grassy backyard to relax in.

The property is gorgeous and in an incredible location. You have the IGA right around the corner for groceries and snacks if you want to cook at the VRBO. There is every cooking utensil you’d need so it makes things easy. There were also so many condiments and spices to use so you don’t have to get unnecessary things that you wouldn’t use a ton of. If you’re not into cooking, you are also a very short walk to the main road in Banff, where you can find every restaurant for any pallet. The beds were super comfortable there was ample storage space and closet space for everything that you’re bringing. You have a nice outdoor fire pit to enjoy the company of your friends and family with as well as a big living room room, dining room room area. I would also highly recommend playing Monopoly that is in the shelves. I have never laughed so hard with all of my friends.

We were there for a week of skiing. House was wonderful. Beautiful view and easy access to ski bus stops, grocery store, restaurants etc.

The house was a great place for our family to stay for a week in Banff. Jackie was helpful, very responsive, and fun to talk to! The listing should show the 3rd bedroom and extra living area, since it was confusing to see only 2 bedrooms and sleeps 8. We almost passed on this listing because of that, since we expected that 1 of our group of 5 might need to sleep on a couch. But otherwise everything was as advertised and we loved our visit.
