New leather furniture in the living room with 2 leather swivel recliners. This updated single-story 2-bedroom 2-full-bath condo is perfect for families. The Master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom, and the 2nd Master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Large wall-mounted smart TVs are in the Bedrooms and living room with Free Cable, and HBO & Showtime.
There is a queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. The living room, kitchen, and dining room have an open layout, which is perfect for gathering around for a meal or some family fun. The living room has a balcony and a gas fireplace. The front closet is supplied with board games, beach towels & chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and plenty of sand toys.
You have full access to the entire complex and everything NCV has to offer: pools, jacuzzis, gym, saunas, ping pong, Fußball Table, pool tables, poolside barbeques, and feeding the fish at the giant Koi pond. There is 24-hour security roaming the property, and all guests have to be registered with the security office to be on site.
