About this house rental
This is a 4 bedroom townhouse unit located in the Locke Mountain section of the Sunday River Ski Resort. Very convenient to Ski in and Ski out right to your door. Or you can choose to ski right to the lodge for a bite to eat and a quick break. Condo offers 3 floors of accommodations. It has a fireplace in the cathedral ceiling living room, fully equipped kitchen with seating at the counter as well as a separate dining area. Spectacular view of the mountain. Heated pool and jacuzzi just steps from your door. Very relaxing! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 comfortably with a second living space with tv in the lower level with two couches that can be used for a bedroom. Teenagers love their own space! Large screen TV, bring your favorite movies. Lots of restaurant choices in the area as well as shopping and convenience stores. Plenty of Night Life if desired. Winter activities galore! Summer and Fall offers a quieter time on the mountain. Fishing, golf, canoeing, ATV rentals and trails, hiking. Area offers a challenge for enthusiastic road bikers. Broadband internet access available. TV , cable and DVD. Outside deck and grill. Full size washer and dryer in lower level. Wood burning fireplace with ample wood supply.

We enjoyed the location and ability to ski in-ski out as well as being able to settle in for cozy evenings by the fire. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked and the host was responsive. Overall a great experience, thank you!

The condo was awesome! The direct slope access was awesome! This was the nicest, cleanest, best maintained, modern, cozy, spacious, with best slope access of any condo we've ever stayed in.
