This lovely 3.5 acre property offers countless mature mesquite trees, several saguaros, and breathtaking views of thimble peak and the Catalina mountains. Sip coffee and enjoy the scenery on the front patio during a beautiful sunrise, or spend an evening viewing one of our gorgeous Arizona sunsets off the master bedroom porch.

You can grill on the propane BBQ or just relax with a glass of wine from the neighboring vineyards in Sonoita and Elgin. We are minutes away from numerous outdoor activities to keep visitors entertained year-round: Pristine golf courses such as Arizona National Golf Club (1 mile) and Forty-Niners Country Club (3 miles) offer tee-times throughout the entire year. Great hiking/site seeing/and animal watching locations such as Saguaro National Monument East or Sabino Canyon are a short drive away. Various bike paths surround the Tanque Verde Valley for cycling enthusiasts, as well as Catalina Highway’s bike path that leads to Summerheaven and look out points.
