Tucked into a quiet waterfront neighborhood on Rock Creek, this large heated pool home puts you about a mile from the amazing restaurants of 5th Ave, close to downtown beaches and even closer to Tin City and Bayfront. Walk there or kayak from home to Naples Bay, 2 kayaks provided, fishing rods too. Enjoy the shady oaks or sun yourself down by the creek, throw some steaks on the grill and float in the pool. Light up the fire bowl at night. Great place for kids and pets with so many outdoor activities and a cool kids’ hangout cave.
Inside this newly renovated home enjoy a spacious 2300+ sq. ft. of living space including 2 large king bed master bedrooms, a beautiful, large new kitchen that overlooks the pool, a cozy TV den with 2 couches, and a kids' bunk room with attached hangout cave that features its own TV and tons of toys/books/puzzles/games.
The outdoor areas of this creekside home among the oaks are equally spectacular. The screened porch features a pool filled with floats, a large dining table that seats 10+, a bar, a gas grill and string lights for evening fun. Out to the large fenced-in backyard, safe for pets and little ones. Relax in the loungers with plenty of space to play our provided lawn games like Cornhole , all with a view of serene Rock Creek. Get in your kayak and paddle down between the mangroves to nearby Cabana Bar at Bayfront. Grab the fishing poles and see what you can catch. At night, enjoy sitting around the fire bowl with a view of the creek. Another stunning spot is the shady oak-filled side yard. Throw the frisbee or just watch your kids explore from a garden bench. You will feel miles away from everything even though you're right around the corner from the heart of Old Naples.

Cleanliness was okay. There were some areas that hadn’t been cleaned much like fan in the tv room but nothing terrible. Pool was great and warm. Neighborhood was nice and good for taking walks. Would stay again. Loved the binder of helpful information as well.

I loved this property, honestly is a very nice house to spend time with your family because it has many activities.

Looks like they are still in process of recovery/remodeling from past hurricanes. Still have some repairs to finish. We found some electrical issues (missing cover plates and exposed wires, flickering lights, some missing smoke detectors). We were shocked to discover these issues as it is not up to code. This house would not pass a rental inspection in our state.Blow up mattress had a leak.Dishwash did not work. (The owner offered to have repairman come, but we didn't want our week disturbed).Kitchen had only bare essentials with nothing matching (odd and end plates, cups, bowls, silverware, etc,). Kitchen tabletop had holes exposing the pressboard. None of the furniture in the house matches the piece sitting next to it. Bathrooms were recently updated and nice. Pool was great but again an assortment of lounge chairs not matching and some on last leg with sun rot.It was nice to have a bath towel and beach towel for everyone to use for the week.
