Important things to note before booking
Air Conditioning: The home does not have central air conditioning. Fans and the natural mountain breeze help keep the lodge comfortable during warmer months.
This is a pet-free property. Bringing a pet into the home will result in a $1,000 fee.
The home is located near [road/downtown/etc.] and some ambient traffic or community noise may be heard.

Welcome to Homestead 1
Step inside through the well-appointed kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The main level also features a comfortable living room where you can unwind after a day of adventure, along with a convenient half bathroom.
Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed. The primary bedroom includes its own private balcony—a great spot to step outside and enjoy the fresh Montana air. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.
When it's time to relax outdoors, head to the backyard and patio, where you'll find outdoor furniture and a gas grill for enjoying an easy meal outside.
The basement provides a washer and dryer for your convenience, making longer stays especially comfortable.

A Note About Air Conditioning
Homestead 1 does not have air conditioning, which is common in Montana vacation homes.
Montana evenings are typically cool, and we encourage guests to open the windows at night to enjoy the cooler temperatures and fresh air. During the day, close the windows and curtains or blinds to help keep the cooler air inside.
For your safety, please only open windows when you are present in the home. Fans are provided in the bedroom closets.

Wireless internet is provided for your convenience. Wi-Fi speeds cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on weather conditions and usage in the area.
A flat-screen TV is also provided for relaxing evenings at home.

Your comfort is important to us. The home is professionally cleaned using EPA-approved cleaners, and all linens are professionally laundered.
Your stay includes linens and towels, as well as on-call maintenance and management support should you need assistance during your visit.
Important House Rules
No smoking.
No pets. Homestead 1 is a strictly pet-free property. A $1,000 fine will be charged if a
pet is brought into the home.
Only service animals that meet the applicable legal definition are permitted. Emotional support, comfort, and companion animals do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted.
Misrepresenting an animal as a service animal negatively impacts individuals who rely on legitimate service animals and is prohibited under applicable Montana law.

Yellowstone Seasonal Access
The West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park operates seasonally, and opening and closing dates are subject to change.
The summer season typically runs from the 3rd Saturday in April through November 1st. The West Entrance generally closes November 1 and reopens around mid-December for the winter oversnow travel season. Winter oversnow access typically continues through mid-March, after which the entrance closes again until the summer season begins.
Park operating dates are subject to change. Please confirm current Yellowstone National Park operating dates before booking your stay.
