* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.

If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Hubby and I had a very nice time here! We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony; the condo was clean; it was quiet and a short walk to the community pool. It was very close to the tennis courts and community barbecues! The hostesses were very pleasant and accommodating! Thank you! We would return!

This was our second stay at Windsor Hills community. We were contacted by the property management company informing us that due to unforseen circumstances this unit would unavailable on our dates, and we'd be placed into a similar unit. I can't speak to this specific unit, but I was very happy with the alternative unit, the property management group, and the Windsor Hills complex overall. Property management provided photos and information about the alternative unit and verified that it met our needs. It was exactly as advertised with the same layout as this unit, very clean, comfortable, lots of extras within the unit for families with young kids. Check-in was a breeze. The thermostat wasn't working upon arrival, but property management had it up and running within an hour of us calling. Windsor Hills is a great community that especially appeals to families with kids. It's a secure, gated neighborhood. The new water slides & toddler/younger kids area is a nice, new addition since our previous stay. The area is enclosed by a separate gated fence within the already gated pool area. No worrying about the littles escaping over to the big pool. The water in the kids' area is cold! Stark contrast to the heated big pool. There's an arcade and movie theater as well as a fitness center though we didn't get time to utilize them this trip. The one-stop/ice cream shop is another fantastic feature of this complex. Close proximity to all of popular Orlando parks and attractions! About 30-45 minutes to the airport depending on traffic. Target, Walmart, & Dollar Tree nearby. The complex is starting to show some signs of aging, but it's also evident that updates are in progress. The noise in general is low around the area, however, if you're near the pool, expect to hear kids out there until bedtime and crews moving lounge chairs and using a leaf blower to clean debris off the sidewalk starting around 7-7:30am. Nothing so bothersome that we wouldn't breturn even to the same unit...we will continue to stay at Windsor Hills and request units overseen by this property management when we visit Orlando again. Great experience, thanks for having us!
