About this cottage rental
An hour south of Paris, a former barn has been renovated into a large, comfortable cottage. The exposed stone and beams make it a beautiful country home. The house is located in a quiet hamlet with unobstructed views of the plain, close to the owners' residence but with a separate, enclosed garden. Access via the A77 motorway, 10 km from Montargis and Ferrières, in the heart of the Gâtinais region, offering many day trips. GROUND FLOOR: living room, lounge area, and open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and one bedroom with a 140x190cm bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, sink), and separate toilet.
UPPER FLOOR: mezzanine area with study, two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds), bathroom, and separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden with a private terrace and garden furniture, a barbecue, and a children's swing. Parking is available on the property (access via a gate).
3 adult bicycles are available for the owner's use.
Electricity and heating are included. Linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Towels are available for rental at an additional cost. A cleaning fee of €60 is required for companies.
Firewood (wheelbarrow - per stay): €5. No facilities for people with reduced mobility are available.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Towels: €4.26 per person per stay
- End-of-stay cleaning: €53.19 per stay
