Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Mieszkanie jest kompletnie wyposażone, niczego nie brakuje. Na zewnątrz bloku brak miejsca do parkowania, dlatego dużym udogodnieniem jest miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym parkingu bloku. Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że miejsce parkingowe jest bardzo wąskie - szerokość 2,30 m. Kontakt z właścicielem - bardzo dobry. Polecam to mieszkanie.
Były tylko dwa krzesła przy stole. Optymalna byłaby ilość czterech krzeseł.
