Proximity to beach was excellent. Was very clean and updated. The host company, Rebecca to be specific, was very friendly and helpful.
Guest upstairs had young child who was very loud very early in the mornings for 2 days. Mattress on pullout is in need of being replaced.

There is no Keurig, this should be a must for any rental. There was no table on the deck for dinning, we would have loved to dine outside.

Location is great! Short walk to beach and local eateries. People are very friendly, area is clean and very nice at night. Room is aesthetically pleasing and very clean. View was great to watch fireworks!
Facilities need updating. Parking lot collects 6 inches of water when it rains, no drainage. Had to walk through this all day to get to vehicle. Bathroom toilet needs upgrading to modern toilet, existing one reminds me of daycare toilet, clogs - annoying... Furniture is not easy to use or sleep on for people with disabilities, Needs ADA updating. Very expensive for what we received for a July 1st to July 5th stay.
