Hyvin parkkipaikkoja kadunvarsilla. Rauhallinen ympäristö. Kaikki olennainen löytyi asunnosta. Siistiä ja puhdasta.
Keittiön kaapeista osa alkaisi kaivata hieman huoltoa, esim. roskakaappia oli hieman hankala käyttää. Ei kuitenkaan haitannut liiaksi, mutta lisäisi käyttömukavuutta.
