Flat 1 is a first floor family flat with kitchen area, fully equipped with everything you should need, dining table, easy to use and comfortable double sofa bed in the living area (which can be made up prior to your arrival if required) and separate bedroom with bunk-bed (for children) and space for a child’s bed or cot if required. It also has a self-contained shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

The bedroom overlooks the Steam Railway line.

A cot and high-chair is available on request.

Electricity is supplied by £1 coin meter.
Whether you're a seasoned visitor or new to the area, Coombe Lodge is the perfect place to stay in the heart of Torbay. Paignton has much to offer; the beach, pier, harbour, places to eat, amusements, cinema, theatre – all within walking distance.

Also Goodrington is only a 5 minute walk away with two beaches and Splashdown at Quaywest Waterpark, as well as Youngs Park, the grassed area to enjoy, along with the boating lake, go karts and mini crazy golf. The famous Paignton Zoo is close by aswell as a Leisure Centre with many activities and indoor pool.

A ride on the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Train is a pleasure for all, a thrill for the young and a reminder of a bygone age for some. The coast, river views and scenery are delightful along the 7 mile journey. At Kingswear you can board the ferry to Dartmouth exploring the beautiful town, with its many shops, restaurants and pubs.

For those days you wish to travel further afield and explore, if not by car, there are good transport links. Within easy reach is the famous Paignton Zoo, Torquay and Brixham – all worth a visit.

We offer either family flats or a double flat and you can be assured of a high standard of cleanliness. All apartments are fully equipped with everything you need for your self-catering holiday (double sofa bed and a bunk bed for the children).

A laundry area with automatic washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board is available on the first floor landing and we also have an outside drying area. The flats are all electric with slot meters accepting 1 pound coins.

Sorry we cannot accommodate pets. No smoking. Parking available. Couples and families only, no groups.
