Navigation Wharf is in the centre of St. Neots, These two bedrooms and bathroom house will sleep up to four and overlooks Hen brook and offers stunning views of St. Mary's Church and St. Mary's Street.
The house has a king bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a TV on the wall. The second bedroom is a double-bedded room with fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with a bath and a stand-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Downstairs is a separate downstairs toilet. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances including Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, oven Hob and Microwave. The lounge/dining area is at the back of the house with a large sofa and chair with side tables and a sideboard with a TV on the wall. The lounge leads out to the garden through large French doors. Outside in the garden are garden furniture and a gas BBQ.
The house is fitted with Virgin media Fibre Broadband and TV. There is allocated parking for one car on the drive but there are additional visitors parking close by.
Navigation Wharf is located a two-minute stroll from the town centre where you will find all the restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and shops.
