The history and location.

The bathtub and shower. The bathtub surfaces are chipping and needs refinishing extremely bad. The shower head is just plain is bad

The first floor is charming - I loved the ambience with the old furniture and finishings and especially the music playing in the lobby

The room itself was very outdated and not in a charming way.
