We loved this very charming cottage. What a wonderful experience. It started with the excellent communication we received from the homeowner right after we made our reservation. She had lots of great ideas for us to have a memorable stay, which we did. She was so easy to work with and made you feel like you were invited to her home. The home has three bedrooms and 2 and a 1/2 baths. Very comfortable home and it had everything we needed. We cooked one evening and had all we needed to make a special meal. We watched movies. The patio is charming for coffee and/or wine. The home is just minutes from EVERYTHING! We look forward to returning!

I thought the inline pictures made the home seem a little more comfortable and spacious than it was. The sink in the kitchen had a water filter spigot that flopped around and didn’t seem to be attached to anything. Had to call owner about sprinkler system going off at all hours and a leaking faucet in front yard. She did answer promptly and sent someone out. The back yard and patio were very nice. But overall we agreed that it definitely didn’t live up to the ratings it received. Very average, but not having used VRBO before maybe that is just how things are.
