Lieliska vieta ar lielisku atmosfēru. Klusums un lielisks skats uz kalniem. Savas ciemošanās laikā baudījām gan rītus gan vakarus pagalmā, vērojot dabu. Īpaši naktī - zvaigznes un tālumā - negaisu. Vakaros pagalmā - ēnās rosījās dažādi mazi dzīvnieciņi, bet pēc pirmā vakara pie tā pieradām un uzskatījām tos par saviem draugiem. Istabas kondicionētas un ar mājīgu Spānijas piegaršu.

Rītos pagalmā rosījās lapsenes, kas mazliet traucēja, ja no rīta ārā bijām ar ēdienu.

La vue, la décoration de la maison, le patio, le silence et la propreté.

Le premier jour nous nous sommes perdus dans les montagnes et pour retrouver la maison, on a dû venir nous chercher. Nous avons mis presque 2h à trouver la chapelle qui nous a été donné comme indication. Aucune indication, aucun panneau menant à la maison. Une véritable galère et nous avons eu très peur avec la voiture dans les petites routes étroites et les virages avec aucune barrière de sécurité sur les routes. La maison est plus loin de la ville qu’indiqué. Nous avons mis 3 jours à trouver l’itinéraire parfait pour aller et venir en sécurité. Une fois que vous arrivez à la maison, c’est presque impossible de retourner en ville le soir ou dans le centre de Malaga tellement la difficulté de la route est grande. Donc une fois rentrés, les sorties nocturnes sont à oublier. Faire attention aussi aux portes et fenêtres laissées ouvertes car les souris et lézards rentrent, nous en avons retrouvé dans le salon et une des chambres. L’eau s’est coupé à un moment mais ils sont venus nous réapprovisionner rapidement.

Tucked away high in the mountains, this secluded country house was exactly what we were hoping for. The setting is truly spectacular, with sweeping views that change beautifully throughout the day and an incredible sense of calm and privacy. It’s wonderfully peaceful, perfect for switching off and enjoying nature. The drive up takes around 30–40 minutes along narrow mountain roads, which adds to the feeling of adventure and remoteness. Once you arrive, though, it’s absolutely worth it. The house itself is well equipped and thoughtfully set up for comfort in any season. We appreciated having heating and air conditioning, although the fireplace didn’t work particularly well for us and may need some cleaning or maintenance to function properly. One thing to be aware of is the immediate surroundings: there are a few sheer drops around the property, which could be dangerous for young children or less sure-footed pets. With appropriate supervision this isn’t an issue, but it’s worth keeping in mind. It’s also worth noting that the nearest town is around 30–40 minutes away. If you need to leave in a hurry for any reason, you’ll have to navigate the same narrow mountain roads, which have no lighting at night. Because of this, we stocked up on food and drinks before arriving and were glad we did, as we didn’t want to head back out once we’d settled in. We were looking for a complete break from reality, and this place absolutely delivered. During our entire five day stay, the only sign of life we saw was a man occasionally moving his goats across the mountainside, an experience that really highlighted just how remote and peaceful the location is. Most importantly, this stay became a core memory for us, as we got engaged in this beautiful, unforgettable setting. That alone makes this place incredibly special to us. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring.
