1.空間很大，有兩間客房，一樓客廳餐桌及沙發都很大，多人用餐很方便 2.晚上睡覺附近很安靜 3.洗澡水量很大 4.附近生活機能發達，走路去全聯方便，離花園夜市走路15-20分，但近一點的地方也有小北新成功夜市，也很不錯 5.可選擇付費預約車庫停車位，不想花時間找停車位可考慮
1.浴室廁所只有一樓有，比較不方便，沒有對外窗戶，管線味道會比較重 2.房間窗戶是向外直接推開的，無紗窗，想通風比較不方便 3.沒有夜燈、掛衣架等

床睡起來很舒適，民宿空間很大，家裡兩隻狗狗住的很開心（三天都在樓梯跑上跑下的😅）入住方式很方便，停車位離民宿很近，附近有延平市場可以晃晃吃早餐😆
浴室跟廁所的空間都偏小，但使用上沒有什麼問題
