This was exactly what we hoped it would be. Perfect size for just the two of us. The two bunk beds would have still been comfortable for a family with small children. Great location in a small condo building close to the gulf. The furniture was in good condition and comfortable. Convenient parking. Great view and comfortable balcony. Great communication. Everything in the unit worked perfectly. We would certainly stay again. It may seem like a small thing, but the elevator is fast. If you have ever been in a place with sloooow elevators you know. One necessary expected item was not in the unit and we contacted the owner and it was brought over immediately on a Sunday. We recommend this highly.

Everything was Clean and Spotless! Fully stocked with all the Kitchen Items you could need if you want to cook. It's decorated beautifully also. We give a 10 and The View is Amazing!

It was a great location for everything. The parade went right in front of our parking lot. We had a small issue with the heat/air but the property manager got back with us quickly to resolve it. It was perfect for the two of us.
