Overall it was easy to pick up the keys and navigate the location. The issue is the pressure to attend a timeshare presentation that I declined during booking.

I rented 4 units - one unit had an issue with the bathroom plumbing and the cleanliness - plumbing was addressed but the cleaning was not. If not for this one unit I would have rated higher.

The scenic location was really beautiful. The property is large and encompasses a lot of varied terrain. The pools were nice and the outdoor activities like tubing and the coaster were really fun. Our giant whirlpool in the unit was easily the most awesome part of our place. The wildlife on the property was really cool. Thank you for having alcohol sales at the pool.

Our apartment had a giant puddle on the floor in the kitchen upon entry. When I called housekeeping, I was told they’d just cleaned the unit. There’s no way a giant puddle would have been missed. The toilet in the main hallway had a faulty plunger, causing it to run and run until you lifted the back and manually reset the plunger. The apartment was refurbished, but the couches were terribly uncomfortable, the paint job looked like children did it, and the knobs were falling off the doors. It was a hasty remodel. Half the sinks drained really slowly. Our biggest gripe is that every time you ask an employee a question or come within 5 feet of them, you’re bombarded with pressure to buy a timeshare. It’s so obnoxious. The ticket fee to get into the 4th of July festival should have included some kind of food or drink. For a mountain resort, the lack of onsite hiking/walking trails was really weird. I craved a good hike from our stay, not just watered down and pricey amenities.
