Gute Lage. Kostenfreie Parkplätze bei der Unterkunft. Saubere Unterkunft. Gute ausreichende Balkonmöbel. Schöne Aussicht auf den See. Nur ab und zu Flug- oder Strassenlärm
Möbel abgewohnt / abgenutzt / beschädigt. Matratzen müssten dringend durch neue ersetzt werden. Kein guter Schlaf. Geschirr allgemein nicht ausreichend ( z.B. zu wenig normale Trinkgläser) und beschädigt. Couchmöbel verschmutzt. Rauchmelder reparaturbedürftig. Liegen am kleinen Pool alle defekt. Toilette (Herren) am kleinen Pool nicht nutzbar. Dunstabzug in der Küche wirkungslos, kochen/braten nicht möglich, es besteht die Gefahr dass der Rauchmelder aktiviert wird.
