SWAHILI BEACH APARTMENTS

Wir wurden sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und reibungslos empfangen. Das gesamte Personal waren uns gegenüber sehr vorkommend; Sie haben uns beraten welche Sehenswürdigkeiten für uns infrage kommen würden (vor allem Kinder gerecht Unternehmungen). Jederzeit waren Sie erreichbar und respektvoll. Die Apartments waren direkt am Strand und jeden Tag wurde auf Sauberkeit sowie Ordnung geachtet. Auf Privatsphäre und Diskretion wurde sehr geachtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Danke an Mr.Josephat, Mr.John, Mr.Kevin, Mr.Mwalimu und Ms Miriam.

Modern apartments that are well equipped, clean, well maintained and family friendly. We got 1 block to ourselves which was 2 apartments that made us stay close together. The manager Josephat was very professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs. He gave us contracts for a chef-Kalua- who organised all our meals and would clean up afterwards which made our stay stress free and relaxing. There is a private little pool with a baby pool that the kids loved and it was just the right size so that we could manage them. There is also a private beach access pathway for when you want to go to the beach to access other kinds of activities like camel rides, fresh madafu and jet skis etc. We were so satisfied with our stay that we extended it by a few extra nights.

In the future if a child or baby gate can be put around the pool it would provide extra security for parents to make it even more family friendly.

Proximity to the beach and the staff

The water at the bathroom was a bit smelly though it was sorted after raising it.

The location was good the staff (the gate men an the receptionist) were very good and helpful. Very polite n responded to us very fast n politely.

The cleaning wasnt done for the four days that we stayed there, our beddings and towels were never changed during our stay. That was too bad.
