Proximity to the beach and the staff
The water at the bathroom was a bit smelly though it was sorted after raising it.

I loved the decor in the apartment. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. It felt like I was in a hotel room. We slept soundly. The rooms are soundproof which was awesome. The staff were very helpful and amazing to us. The apartment was in close proximity to the places we wanted to visit such as cultura Mombasa, Bliss resort to name a few.....
The cleaning of the entire place needs to be improved. Otherwise nothing too alarming.

The location was good the staff (the gate men an the receptionist) were very good and helpful. Very polite n responded to us very fast n politely.
The cleaning wasnt done for the four days that we stayed there, our beddings and towels were never changed during our stay. That was too bad.
