The apartment was perfectly located, where we needed it. The communication with our host was exceptional good.
Unfortunately the flats interior is quite worn off, functional but lacking charm. Everything was okay but not super clean. Especially the bathroom.

A very cozy, warm, and clean studio. The location is very good; everything is close: shops, the metro, the city center, everything is accessible. I really like it.

Die Lage in Pankow/Prenzlauer Berg ist toll, mittendrin im HelmholtzKiez, viele tolle Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Läden, nahe an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln
Die Wohnung im EG mit Blick auf Hinterhof war erstaunlich ruhig. Check-In funktionierte reibungslos
Das Badezimmer mit Plastikwanne für die Dusche war sehr heruntergekommen.
Eine Jalousie war kaputt. Generell war die Ausstattung auf niedrigstem Niveau.
Unser Zimmer war um 15.00 Uhr nicht fertig, benützte Bettwäsche und Handtücher lagen herum (Es wurde aber dann schnell gereinigt)
Wir wurden erinnert pünktlich auszuchecken, damit um 11.00 Uhr pünktlich das Putzteam starten kann (für 60,00 Euro -auch übertrieben teuer)
