Great location, just few steps away from riva.
We stayed here two years ago and you can notice the wear on the property. The floor is bowing, fridge handle is missing, washing machine was falling apart, doors are not closing/opening properly, fixtures are loose/coming off, dust build up on the timber beams, stains on the kitchen walls… it is a great property in a great spot, but at this price, it really needs some attention.

Had everything your need for a pleasant stay. Was clean and comfortable. Great Central location but noisy at into the night if you want to keep windows open.
3rd floor and no lift hard if heavy bags or mobility problems. Eaves problem if you are tall or even if not and get a few head bumps. The room with single beds had no A/C and get very hot. There is also not enough shelves or chest of drawers to put clothes in bedrooms. Rooms very small to put your luggage. Could use with some olive oil and vinegar not just salt and pepper and some washing machine liquid.
