It was very clean , modern and the staff were super friendly and helpful , the location was excellent to the old town and sites . Very close to the train station as well . Located in a safe area which made walking around more enjoyable

Nice Hotel, friendly staff and good rooms.
The Check-In took far to long and is far to complex. I provided all data ahead of my arrival but had to run the complete procedure again incl. Invoice-Data.

check in process terribly tedious. Tablet not working. I observed another guest having the same issues checking in, whilst I was waiting for my luggage. No adequate information available on restaurants, sightseeing etc-i.e. total lack of concierge type service.
