About this villa rental
The single-storey Villa La Viña is located in a peaceful setting in the popular vacation resort of Puerto Pollença and can accommodate 6 people. The typical Majorcan house has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a cot, a high chair on request and a parking space. Enjoy a wonderfully relaxing vacation on the well-kept terrace with its 32-m² pool, barbecue and Mediterranean planting, surrounded by Majorcan plants. Both the bay with its fine, sandy beaches and the restaurants, bars and shops are 5 minutes away in the car.

Very quiet and peaceful; excellent facilities - the outdoor kitchen was especially useful. Very comfortable beds, in fact all of us slept better than we had for years, helped by aircon in bedrooms and being so relaxed. Super pool. Loads of plates, wine glasses etc.. Also plenty of hand wash, dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder etc..Mosquitoes a real problem but I gather is a Mallorca-wide problem rather than particularly here. Just one issue - the bbq was left in a very poor condition, we had to give it a really good clean. Very good Lidl 3 miles down the road (much better than Eroski).

Had a fantastic time at La Vina, this property is beautiful but would benefit from a little TLC.
Outside furniture needs to be renewed. This in no way affected our holiday and we met the housekeeper on various occasions, always on hand and very helpful with local info etc. With a little love this place could be fantastic. We would return

Pros: Check in war super nett und sehr flexibel. Der Pool war sehr schön und wurde mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt, bevor wir aufgestanden sind.
