The Martignana Alta agritourism is based on the Martignana estate, with its 30 hectares of land, where they produce

(controlled and guaranteed denomination of origin)vino santo passitoIt is situated on the top of a hill in the heart of Tuscany between Florence, Siena and Pisa, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woods.In the farmhouse you will spend a holiday between nature and relaxation, admiring the typical Tuscan landscape with its marvellous sunsets, and you will be able to easily reach the main cities of art that are just a few kilometres away.Florence 25 km - Pisa 55 km - Siena 65 km - Vinci 15 km - Volterra 45 km - Certaldo 20 km - San Gimignano 30 kmThe estate consists of a few farmhouses and the villa "la Canonica". The structures have ancient origins dating back to the 18th century and in two of them, "Casale il Torrino" and "Casale la Canonica", we have carefully restored four residences of various sizes ready to welcome you during your stay. The restoration took place in 2013.The houses have large green areas with chairs, deckchairs, tables and barbeques where you can spend your holiday relaxing in the cool of our cypress trees and cooking outdoors. CHIANTIThe flat of the old fireplace:Situated on the first floor, the flat consists of an entrance hall with a window from which you can admire an enchanting panorama and beautiful sunsets. Entering we find the large living room with a fireplace dating back to the early 18th century that has maintained the characteristics of the era and is still perfectly functional. Sleeps 4+1.
Although the Agriturismo is immersed in nature, you can easily and quickly reach the most famous cities in Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, Siena, Vinci, etc.) thanks to the main roads that are just a few kilometres from the farmhouse. It will be pleasant to return from your trips and enjoy a sweet rest by the pool or taking a refreshing swim.In the evening, accompanied by the sounds of nature, you can dine in the open air, perhaps enjoying a nice barbecue on our barbeque.For those who are not only looking for relaxation, in a short time you can reach the famous art cities and smaller towns, equally rich in cultural treasures:
