About this house rental
This newly updated townhome is warm and inviting with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It features a ground level grilling patio, a laptop-friendly workspace and two bedrooms each equipped with plush king-sized mattresses. You will absolutely love being able to borrow the two complimentary cruiser bikes to explore the local area and then return home to our beautiful space. This townhome is within walking distance to Old Town Fort Collins, New Belgium Brewery and the Poudre River Trail!
During your stay, you’ll love that you can walk to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, or any number of events in Old Town Fort Collins. Enjoy a fun-filled day touring local breweries, relaxing near the river, or shopping in Old Town. Then head home for a relaxing evening in our quiet and intimate community. You will appreciate being near the vibrancy of downtown all while enjoying the beautiful mountain views and relaxing atmosphere of our neighborhood. The rooftop deck with lounge chairs, a gas fire pit and mountain views is the perfect place to end the day!

BATHROOMS: Main floor half bath, en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom, hairdryers, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, stacked washer/dryer, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials.

Great location - host was very responsive. A couple things - didn't have coffee filters, firepit wouldn't ignite, no instructions for garage door code, and would have been nice to have facial tissues.Overall very nice stay - loved the neighborhood.

Great location for Fort Collins. Quiet neighborhood. Garage a plus and the bikes were fun. Communication with host(s) was fine, quick responses.

We had a good stay, but the unit needed more comfortable furniture, better lighting in bedrooms, sink clogged, outside garbage / recycling overflowing , propane tank empty for fire pit. Mgt helped eventually but it appears like this place never gets inspected.
